Quality control
All the products manufactured by GURT LLC undergo corresponding quality control at each production stage. Quality control department is a large department of our plant and is equipped with new instruments for testing and quality control of our products. Thus, coin blanks manufactured by GURT LLC are checked in accordance with the following parameters:
- Geometrical dimensions of the blank;
- Plating thickness of the blank;
- Blank weight;
- Blank hardness;
- Metal electrical conductivity.
All the measurements are carried out with high precision equipment produced by European acknowledged companies.
