Fluoroplastic dielectric pipes

Such heat-resistant pipes are used in oil industry in corrosion environment and under the temperatures of -600 C to +2500 C, as well as in different national economy fields and in electronic and electrical products.

The manufacturing of fluoroplastic dielectric pipes is made by means of extrusion with the permanent automatic control of the external diameter and wall thickness using the equipment of leading European manufacturers. Control during the entire process is carried out by means of a measuring system Zumbach.

The main characteristics of manufactured fluoroplastic dielectric pipes:

Samples of our company's products have passed dielectric strength testing of the European Technical Center of DuPont (Geneva, Switzerland) and were considered as high quality products.

Our professionals have extensive experience and were trained abroad (Germany and Switzerland).

The material used - PTFE (fluoropolymer) Teflon ® FEP-200 °; PFA-250 0 (Dupont, USA) has the following properties:

· operating temperature - 60 to +250 ° C;

· high resistance to chemical attack, including hydrofluoric acid;

· dielectric strength of 20-25 kV (13kV is according to the technical requirements);

· excellent mechanical strength.

The pipes are produced with a diameter of 4.0 to 16.2 mm with wall thickness of 0.23 ± 0.05 mm to 0.30 ± 0.05 mm.

Contemporary machine area and highly qualified personnel allow us to produce a tool of any size necessary to the customer.
